Opening the long-established and cutting-edge show grounds of worldwide renown for riders and horses, aside of CHIO Aachen, is the idea behind CSI Aachen.
150 riders from 29 nations along with nearly 400 horses were part of the premiere show in 2016.
10 riders out of the Top 100 world ranking (such as Denis Lynch, Luciana Diniz) made excellent use of CSI Aachen by preparing for the subsequent outdoor season. Four of the riders went on to compete in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
For riders who are not (yet) competing amongst the world’s best, CSI Aachen is a dream come true for those who always dreamed to “ride in Aachen”.
400 permanent horse boxes, the 30 x 80 m big Deutsche Bank Stadium, the training area with dimensions of 75 x 80 m as well as the latest infrastructure offer the perfect setting for all competitors and spectators.
